THIS BEAT BUCA DI BEPPO! completely blown away!!! i found Di Carlo on tik tok and i was moved by the story of the owner being a single boricua mother trying to make it in the world. i’m so glad i finally tried them out !!! they have live music most days out of the week that sings in english, spanish, and Portuguese! the owner was our server, she was so sweet and quick. she made us feel so welcome like if we were family. i really appreciated her service–i’ve seriously never had a greater experience at a restaurant. the interior design is top tier! i loved the decor and the setup was very nice, they have a bar and everything! the only word i can use to describe the food is HEAVENLY!!! i’ve never had food that has made my heart DROP! this place needs a Michelin star YESTERDAY!!!

I really appreciate finding a place where I genuinely enjoy every dish starting from the bread! That’s so important. This is a great restaurant. I got the salmon penne Alfredo dish with a splash of lemon juice and it was to die for. Look at this presentation!

I was taking care by the owner her self amazing service food was on point the appetizer bread was to order to go because I couldn't had enough of it!!! Overall experience was amazing!! Definitely coming back. The dish is had was the trio and allowed me to taste 3 different dishes at ones

All I have to say, well everything i have to say is, this place is very nice, the servers are great, the chef is A+++ food was awesome I reccomend the Trio, and a good coconut mojito, the bread is sinful good, the fried calamari actually tastes like such, and you can taste the calamari. The bruchetas were awesome to include the sauce that's made in house. Is a great place to take family or your significant other for a date night or late afternoon date.

It’s rare I give 5 star reviews, especially unprompted. This place was so good, I actually had the thought, completely unprompted, that I needed to go leave them a 5 star review. It was the local Italian restaurant in walking distance of our hotel so my expectations weren’t sky high, but even if they had been, I think they would have been fulfilled. Loved the trio, it was smaller portion size than I expected when it came out (ie smaller than Olive Garden) but it was so delicious and high quality and definitely plenty for 1-2 people. Emphasis on super delicious. The Alfredo sauce had a strong pleasant garlic flavor, the tomato sauce on the chicken parm was perfect amount of sweetness, excellent broil on the cheese, not too breaded or fried on the chicken. The lasagna was phenomenal. Also had the calamari which was solid. Italian margarita was the best one I’ve ever had. So delicious. And the homemade tiramisu was so perfect, no frills, but just so tasty, seemed like the cream was hand whipped or something and the espresso flavor was so pleasant. Anyways the tiramisu is what sealed my need to immediately leave my review. Service was also fast, pleasant and perfect. Not once was I lo
